Hi everyone in the GMATClub, I'm an international student and got admitted by U of R MSF and still awaiting for the decision from Columbia SPS ERM.
My profile: 3.17 BA Accounting, Michigan State University
316 GRE 111 TOEFL 3 months interns in boutique asset management in Wall St.
My question is, if my goal is to work in the IB in NYC and later work for a long time in Hong Kong(my personal dream is Goldman, but I know it's very hard for me to get in)
Which program should I choose, people said Columbia SPS is unqualified, but the alums from SPS keep telling me that SPS is getting better every year. U of R is great and they offered me 15% tuition waive. Columbia is definitely more expensive but will give me Ivy background, U of R is very practical from my perspective, so anyone could give me any advice on which one I should choose?
Thank you all!
