Hi. Congrats! Do any of these schools/programs offer a STEM degree you could leverage?

Posted from my mobile device

Hi, thank you.
UC Davis just started offering STEM and GWU does not have STEM.
What do you think which program is better for an international student with tech background aiming for managerial role in the tech industry?
Also, though I have not received the decision yet, if I am admitted to UC Irvine, which one would be better for me?
I would appreciate any advice.

UC Davis easily,

1- Because its STEM
2-Better career opportunities; Silicon Valley is nearby for starters, generally too Cali has a bigger job market that is miles ahead of anything in D.C

GWU is downtown DC which is an awesome location to live and work and play. Not sure about recruiting - I feel not the best perhaps with all the Federal work. The UC Davis is a bit tucked away between Sacramento and Bay Area but I think in a better spot than GWU for recruiting as it is a lot easier to get involve with Tech even if you have to take Amtrak or carpool. I think in terms of employment aspects, and career services they will be about equal - you will be expected to hustle and network off campus but it is doable!

STEM is a huge factor and seems Davis has it: https://gsm.ucdavis.edu/stem-certified-degree
My vote for Davis as well.
