OP - Irvine is the worst of the three.

And dont take advice from people who have no clue about geography or too lazy to use google maps. Irvine is no where near silicon valley and anyone whose spent time in California knows how entirely different areas of the state are.

If you want to be in Cali, sure, UCI. If you want a school with placements and a track record, they are the last choice.
