Hey
Swarna6387,
UCD is one of the best schools in Ireland, plus Ireland is one of the most immigrant-friendly countries of Europe - That makes it a pretty good choice for a Masters program, especially if you happen to be an international applicant.
Coming to the work ex part, while MSc in Finance is branded as a pre-experience degree most schools prefer applicants to have some amount of work ex. As you have been working remotely, do some brainstorming to highlight how this experience has propelled you to take up a full-time program in Finance. Since working virtually also requires a lot of self-discipline, you can also highlight the soft skills developed through this experience ( Essays will play a key role in highlighting this). Also, I would suggest you take up at least one full-time internship before the application, would help justify your goals.
Very honestly, online courses add very marginal value to your application - since every second applicant has taken up a MOOC.
CFA, on the other hand, is highly valued by MFin Schools so if you are looking at courses, I would suggest looking into CFA.
UCD does not need a GMAT score for its MFin program, so the whole focus is here on the application.
