UCD Smurfit or EM Lyon Business School

Question

Hi Everyone,

School-1: (University College Dublin) UCD Smurfit in Ireland 
School-2 EM Lyon Business School, France

I got admission offer from both these MBA schools for full time MBA program.
Which one to join, its not very clear from the rankings and other things.
anyone some idea please? needed urgently

I've got admit from smurfit but m not very confident on whether to join the school or not (mainly because of the current weak economy of ireland).
Do you have anything that can help me make a decision?!!
