Hey Guys,
I want to pursue a career in management consulting post-mba and i need to decide between Duke and UCLA...I have no coast/location preferences....which one (Duke or UCLA), would give me a better shot at most of the top Management Consulting firms!

Based on the criteria you have identified, I would say that there is little to no difference between those two schools. The major points that distinguish them from each other are that one is in a major metro area, while the other is not, and one is on the east coast while the other is on the west.
There also might be some small cost difference if you an in-state student in California. Since you haven't identified any other items of interest, If you don't care about the above factors, you might as well toss a coin.

Thanks pelihu...Actually, based on all other factors i am inclined towards Duke..but i wanted some affirmation that the decision was right for my management consulting career goal...anyway, i think i wouldn't go wrong either way...If anyone has any other thoughts, please chip in.
