Hi all,
I am planning to pursue consulting post-MBA.
Brief #'s:
uGPA is ~3.0 and gGPA is 3.7 (both in biological sciences)
I have built an alternative transcript recently but not stellar (3.44 gGPA, and a uStats course: Aminus)
My GMAT is 720, balanced between V and Q.
Will my uGPA hurt my chances of getting interviews at top consulting firms for intern/FT job? Or is uGPA something I can get over with networking?
Thanks
Having a low GPA does hurt your chances of getting an consulting interview. However, you can still try to network your way into an interview. Once you are in the interview, it's fair game for everyone.
