I have the opportunity to study in the UK only. I noticed that 95% of the programs are of one year duration. I am an engineer with 2 years of experience and intend to change my career from engineering to business.

Most of the programs admit students with longer experience (avg. 7 years). Does this mean that the UK is not the right place for non-business background students with 2-3 years of experience. Please give your thoughts. Why is the UK so different from the US. I thought that the MBA is designed for people like me.

Thanks,

Khaled
