Thanks for your fast response. I am logged in but still cannot download the attachments. I get a small icon, with a spinning circle, and when I hover over it it says "loading". But nothing happens. My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise, and I use Internet Explorer v9.0

Got it. IE is a new browser, so it is possible there is a glitch - we will take a look.
You can try using any other browser (almost any) and it should work.

Meanwhile, we'll look into it.

P.S. I have tested my IE 9 and it works just fine with attachments.

One other option/trick is to click the small compatibility button in the address bar (looks like a torn page)

Update: I had the compatibility view turned on/enabled.
Without it, the images indeed are not loading correctly - thank you very much Microsoft and Internet Explorer team :x
