Hi Eli,
I was using the 6 Kaplan Online Tests bought last year July. I was able to finish the 6 tests one time without any problems.
But now i want re-take those tests. But am unable to erase those tests. I don't find the erase option also. Added to this when I click on each test link in my dashboard, I am able to see only my previous test score and do not see any option to erase my previous tests or to retake the test.
Kindly help.

Hi Sairam,
Website issues go through 1-800-KAP-TEST where a customer service rep will walk you through the necessary steps. A word of warning, however: the reason that you can't reset the tests might be that your access has expired, if you really began practicing last July.
