I was trying to purchase GMAT Official Practice Test 5 and I’m running into this issue. Has anyone faced similar issue before? I’ve used the same card in the past to make payments on mba.com (used it to both schedule my official GMAT exam and re-schedule it) Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get around this? They’re asking for my card details and I also don’t have a fax machine

Nope, I had to use Paypal to purchase the test. Of course, I had to pay a little extra in transaction fees, so I hope this gets fixed in the future. All my cards are working fine,; it likely seemed an issue with mba.com.
