Hi...I have been trying for over a month and have contacted customer support...but I am unable to purchase any of veritas tests...Is there anyway to get access to these or someone I can get it touch with? I spoke with a veritas representative and she said the issue won't be fixed for the "foreseeable future"... Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes there is some technical issue that is going on at Veritas' end. 15 days back, someone at the forum posted about it.

other way is that you can purchase GC premium membership , there you will get the veritas tests along with other benefits..
