Does anyone have a good contact in GMAC that will actually help?
Long story short, my online Examity proctor dropped off the Zoom less than halfway through my first GMAT section over 10 days ago, and I can't get to someone who will read my messages. I have received only two emails in >10 days from GMAC, but the person responding clearly hasn't read anything I wrote.
I have repeatedly tried calling, but it always says they're busy. I have left multiple emails, but again, they have responded once every 6 days and didn't address the concerns. I have even now tried LinkedIn messaging someone from GMAC. I am planning to apply first round, so I need urgent support. Their service is a joke. I'm running out of options, and their incompetence may very well affect my ability to get into business school.

Hi mgrott16,
It seems you're doing everything you can. If Examity doesn't respond, I strongly recommend you book a test-centre appointment if possible.

Not sure which country you from , try calling local customer care support team, else wait for 15 days from date of exam you can rebook exam then..
