Let's just look at this 700 level question.
The non underlined part mentions the plural 'games' in at least two places in the original text, but the underlined part mentions only the singular 'such a game' in B through E, enough to dismiss all these four in a stroke, not withstanding many other parallelism or idiom errors. A is the only surviving answer.
