Hi everyone!
I have been trying to register for the older version of the GMAT ONLINE before the test is removed entirely. The error message I repeatedly am getting is: "Unable to process your request. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact GMAC Customer Care."
It's also worth noting that I am able to schedule both GMAT (online and in test center) Focus tests and the in person (older) GMAT. The ONLY test I am unable to schedule is the online GMAT.
I've reached out to customer support (both via email and call) at least 5 times and spent hours on hold/talking to people who have been unable to help me. I've tried clearing cache and cookies, and opened my account in different browser types.
I did take an in person test on 12/28 but am trying to retake the test online as well. Does anyone know how I can schedule an online exam?

A Center-based test is a better option, considering the fact that certain schools are not accepting online scores..
