Hi All - hope everyone had a great weekend.
Last week I purchased the "Complete GMAT Strategy Guide Set" new from Amazon. I am now trying to register my books on the Manhattan GMAT website (.../gmat/access/securitycheck), but am having some trouble.
I am attempting to register the Guide 0: GMAT Roadmap 6th Edition, but when I select this from the drop down menu, answer the security question, and enter my 32 digit serial code from under the scratch-off on the last page I receive a message telling me "The serial code you entered is NOT VALID FOR THE BOOK you chose. Are you sure you chose the right book title and edition?"
Has anyone else ever seen this issue? Am I missing something / doing something incorrectly here?

Just to close the loop and help out any others who may have this problem: I reached out to Manhattan and my question got kicked over to tech support - Apparently this was happening to a few other people as well. I ultimately just called MGMAT and had them activate my online resources manually. All I needed to provide was a picture of the serial code and my receipt from Amazon.
All seems to be working now!
