Hm… This is unusual. I have made many purchases from mba.com over the years. I mean hundreds of purchases and I never had my purchase declined though I had it under review. The review is usually as the result of purchasing multiple of the same product.

However, if there’s anything issue with their website, the best option is to contact their support about your transaction.

In my experience, most of these issues are due to your bank denying transactions for fraud concerns. You should be able to resolve them by simply calling your credit card issuing bank and asking them for the reason.

Usually the issues are not because of the processor but the bank card. Meaning, you can resolve those issues.

Hi niyatisuri

I have made some International Purchases. To make an international purchase you need to enable International Transaction on your Card and set allowable usage limit.

I have been getting issues with payment at mba.com while using Indian Bank Credit Card. I tried with several different ones, none worked.

Because you are able to make payments on other international websites, this is almost certainly not a problem with your card(s). Instead, it could be related to this, even though in your case it's a credit (not debit) card:

Quote:
In India, some banks will not allow debit cards to be used on the internet unless the merchant participates in Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code. This requires that the customer enter a pin number. We do not participate in this program.
Could you (a) get someone else to make the purchase for you, (b) try using PayPal, or perhaps (c) create an international virtual card?
