I took the GMAT today and scored significantly below my target range in quant. I did though, run out of time and was not able to answer the last question in the quant section.
As I try to figure out what went wrong for me today, does anyone know how harsh the penalty is for not answering the last question in quant? Does not answering the last question count much more against your score than just answering it incorrectly?
i don't know the exact penalty, but i do know that not answering a question is more harsh than getting it wrong. you should always leave enough time on the test to at least guess on the last few.
