Congrats everyone. I was just looking through KF's courses in the admitted students' handbook, and the professors seem really impressive. For what it's worth, my friends from undergrad who are currently at KF have been telling me that they have all been very, very impressed with the quality of the faculty thus far and that the faculty has really exceeded their expectations...

We'll see. I really like KF but I also really like Tuck and Darden and would like to see how they play out. I only applied to these three schools because after visiting / researching a bunch of schools, these were the only three where I could really see myself.

What about you? I see that you're waiting on Fuqua...

I definitely like KF a lot. Since the deadline for deposit is before I hear back from Fuqua, I'll likely be headed to UNC. Good luck to you!

Hope all of us walk away with a bunch of scholarship. Being an international applicant, it might be difficult for me to get a loan with a US co-signer.

I got my admission packet in the mail today. No scholarship information included, but an email earlier mentioned that we would be notified by Dec. 22 about scholarships. I assume that means they will contact us separately to let us know - by email or snail mail.

The binder has the formal admission letter and the admitted student guide. If you go to the admitted student website, all of the same information is available there. It includes information about the program, ASW, housing, finances, and student life. I'm hoping to get scholarship info soon!

hello from China, I received the admission packet today, but found no scholarship info in it. Not sure if it means I would not have any scholarship.

They will likely let us know by before they close for the holidays. After they come back it'll be just a week before we need to confirm our seats, so that wont be much time to decide.

Time for a qn from an ignorant person - Is fellowship = scholarship? If you dont get a fellowship then it probably means u have to foot the whole bill yourself? Im going to have to sell my blood :P

Yes, in this case a fellowship is a scholarship. There are other 3rd-party scholarships available, but you'll have to search for them and apply. That's my "plan B". I hate to do more applications, but anything to save $$...
