I did well on the school that granted my degree - 3.5/4.0 over 3 years with 2 Ws. The Ws are due to me trying to take more courses, and I think adcomm can figure that out by looking at the course load on my transcripts.
My transfer courses are a worry...got mostly Bs and Cs for 4 courses that I took a community colleges....and I had like 3 Ws over 4 semesters at the foreign school - GPA for the school was 3.19.
Hindsight is 20-20 but back then I couldn't care less because I knew that transfer credits won't count towards my final CGPA (from the school that granted my degree). I think right now I am little worried...I have applied to two schools already (with recent deadlines) - I am thinking of calling them and including a short explanation for my situation and hopefully they will include that in my file or should i not bother?
GMAT is 730 with even quant and verbal breakdowns so I hope that will help offset any concerns.
And I'll probably do an explanation for the schools that I have yet to apply to.
Please advise.
1. What is your explanation? You pretty much have to make sure that your explanation is not full of excuses. So unless you have valid explanations don't worry about it.
2. This should have been done in the optional essay.
