My background:Pre-2014- 98th percentile on SAT at age 15
- Admitted to a 4 year Univ at age 15 (MD)
- Academic dismissal at age 16 (0.0 GPA - Lack of attendance)
- Failed first attempt at Community College (0.2 GPA - Lack of attendance)
[2 year international volunteering break]2014-TodayAge: 23
- Second attempt at Community College (4.0 GPA)
[1 semester remaining][At this point, I went to see a psychologist to see if anything was wrong with me which resulted in a battery of tests]- Tests led to Mensa membership and to some answers regarding my previous failures. (2015)
My questions:Right now, I'm trying to find a way to deal with my past when it comes to getting a good education. I'm also looking around for potential ways to speed up my education, considering the fact that I am already 23.
1/ I'm going to have a hard time getting into a good Univ for the rest of my undergrad because of my history as a failing student. Would a GMAT score help?
2/ Is it possible for someone in my situation to skip Junior/Senior and get into a Grad school if I get a high GMAT grade?
3/ What are your most recommended exam workouts/prep books, and would there be any way for someone such as myself to take a full length practice GMAT (not online)?
(Please note that I do not have access to a Univ GMAT prep program, and that three community college advisors gave me conflicting responses on all three questions). Thanks!
