Hello!
I am here trying to get a bit of advice from the more experienced ones here. I am about to graduate with a 1st class BSc Business Studies from Lancaster Management School (UK). I have an offer from LSE to do the MSc Management or MSc Management (CEMS) which would give me a semester abroad in another top school in Europe. Alternatively I could do the MPhil Finance degree at Cambridge.
My question is as follows. While I would ideally like to do an MBA (and I do have ample internship experience and have run my own company for 2 years when I was younger), I was wondering whether this would be a good path to take if I want to get into a top management consultancy firm post graduation. Would it be better if I applied to a masters program in the US or even perhaps an MBA? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Just in case anyone needs my background information I scored 750 on the GMAT (Q48, V45), will graduate with a First Class, and have 3 summer internships behind me; 2 at a EU central bank and 1 at a venture capital firm.
