Union Official: Several workers who operate a certain type of machine have developed repetitive-motion injury, which is often caused by operation poorly designed machinery. Paraphrasing - injury due to repetitive motions on some machine. Manufacturer's provide a fact and conclude by 'manufacture argues that .. condition'. Contrast added when Union official experts conducted study and claimed opposite to what manufacturer said. Two opposite aspects.
