Each unit of currency D can be used to purchase five small diamonds from a local dealer. Each small diamond is valued at \$8000 USD. In addition , 2/1000 of currency A can be used to buy 4 rubies. If an investor begins with \$64000 USD , how many rubies can he buy through the transactions detailed above ?
