Major: Finance, GPA 3.5/4 according to ranking, average grade 84/100 (60 as passing grade)
GRE Q 167, IELTS 7
Two internships in Chinese commercial banks (1st in Sales Dept., 2nd in International Businesses & Trade Financing)
Several volunteering and student association experiences too.
No exchange semesters.

I will join you in St. Gallen next September!
I am not sharing my profile because I attended another Swiss university so admission rules are different (GMAT is not required).

I got in the day before yesterday. Only applied a week earlier. Looking forward to moving to Switzerland in the fall.

Yes, German A1 course since I got zero knowledge in this language...

I was going to ask the same thing today. I haven't found a FB group for this year's intake so far. Do you feel like starting one? I may do it myself when I get home in the evening.

Hey guys, I hope you're all enjoying the MBF program so far

I have a question. I am currently enrolled in the MAccFin and very dissapointed with the program, therefore I would like to change to the MBF. To do so, I have to apply like I didn't start any master program yet, and I now wanted to ask you guys if you think that I even have a slight chance of coming in, my profile:

no GMAT (could still do it before the deadline if I learned hardcore for 1 month now, but I don't think I will get an astonishing result that way)
Swiss GPA Bachelor 5.0/6 (from another university than St. Gallen)
Swiss GPA Master 5.4/6 (from the University of St. Gallen, first semester of master, I know that this will probably have no influence, but I will submit it eitherways)
Internship in Structured Products and Derivatives at a small boutique, 6 Months
Internship in Controlling industrial company, 6 Months
Assistant to Group CFO of rapidly growing company (part-time) during studies
no exchange, TOEFL 115, Fluent in German, C1 in French

Do you guys think I have a chance getting in? I would need ~20/25 points in CV/Excurricular..

Dear all,

I am highly interested in MBF studies at the University of St.Gallen, therefore, planning to apply for year 2018 intake period. I am a BSc graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and would like to hear any opinions about my chances of getting in. Achieviements are as follows:

- GMAT 750 score;
- ECTS grade: D, which is equivalent to 4.5 – 4.25 in Swiss grade system;
- 2 summer internships (total duration - 6 months);
- 2 jobs in Management Consulting sector (1 at one of the big four companies, other in a smaller one (position - Project Manager)). Total duration - 1 year;

As a matter of fact I would like to stress out my final grade received in BSc diploma, which must be significantly lower compared to an average of all who got a place. Therefore, what would be the chances? Still worth to apply?
