University of Southern California GMAT 80% Range 660-740
Virginia Tech 610 - 650
Clark University Mean GMAT: 566. GMAT Range: 530-640
Loyola University Chicago GMAT score of 540

Medium Reach option :
University of Cincinnati Average GMAT 606
Florida Institute of Technology

As you can see you are more than good enough (as per GMAT score ) to apply to better schools on your list and I strongly advise you to do so.
However, final choice must be only yours, depending on many preferences.
Mine were based on reputation/brand of school and geographical location, yours can be different.
