(A) nor do they view him

(B) but they do not view him

(C) neither do they view him

(D) and they neither view him

(E) while viewing him neither

+1 for A

(A) nor do they view him --> X nor Y is correct.

(B) but they do not view him

(C) neither do they view him --> Neither needs nor

(D) and they neither view him

(E) while viewing him neither

MANHATTAN REVIEW OFFICIAL EXPLANATION:

If you use the word ‘neither’ you must also have the word ‘nor’. In Choices C, D and E, you have ‘neither’ without ‘nor’, so they are incorrect. Choice B implies a contrast which is not present in this sentence. Choice A is the correct answer.
