Unlike X, Y is correct idiomatic usage, none but (D) uses it correctly, hence Answer must be (D)

Comparision error type SC
Unlike X .... Y...

whose poems have gained recognition over the years for their foreboding tone : correct use of phrase after Edgar Allen Poe , then comparison is done with Homer produced epic volumes of poetry that are
