If you are confused about this, it is a sign that you are completely missing the reason behind the question, for sure

What is the conveyed meaning of the original question is the FIRST rule to follow

IF the first part say that unlike the other contries what happens is something in OTHER than that countries-> thailand is an example to follow that reasoning. Straight

All of the rest except for option D can be eliminated straight away by parallelism concept i.e, comparing the commercial crafts of the other countries with Thailand's commercial craft.(correct if i'm wrong always happen to learn).

To clarify, you are broadly correct here; kudos!

However, the error here is better defined as an error of comparison; Option D is the only answer choice that correctly compares the commercial crafts of Thailand to the commercial crafts of other countries; remember, comparisons must always be made between similar things.
