Yes, it's not a problem. If you are admitted, you will obviously need to show proof that your unofficial scores are your official scores. That shouldn't be a problem so long as you are telling the truth!
You can also confirm with the Admissions Office directly if you are concerned about logistics regarding your application. They are always the best source.

20 days is probably the maximum delay in release of official scores.
Shouldn't be a problem, if you manage to provide them with Official Scorecard in this time frame.
