Correct Answer is "A" according to me.
B,C,D are out due to the sentences being too much wordy in the first part of the sentence (.....recent times.....etc)
That leaves with A and E
In the sentence E, the phrase "leading a nomadic existence" is seemed to modify the "recent times" instead of "the Inuit people". So E is out.
Hence A
But can anyone explain, in the choice A, the Inuit people led a nomadic existence, sheltering....... So here, "led" is past tense and "sheltering" is present. Is that Ok with the sentence?
