In case any of you are interested, I called the help desk today about the software and they basically just said, "Wow, it shouldn't be doing that," hahahha.
And then told me they aren't the ones that fix the software, but that whoever does should and they'll put a ticket in.
Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and assume the newest version of hte GMATPrep software is pretty useless because of the bugs, and I recommend that if any of you guys would like to use it, give them a call and complain. The more complaints they get the faster it will get fixed

. Otherwise, they will think I am some crazy little lady making things up. So far they have only gotten 2 calls? But I'm not sure how exactly they communicate with eachother - it didn't seem very organized over there.
