dude..this is a weird question...so lets see..
X>0?
1) |X|>0; which means
if X>0; then X>0
if X<0; then X<0>=0; well its greater or equal than 0..so we dont know if x is lessE than, greater than or equal to zero...Insuff

by (1) x can be any number other than 0. INSUFF
by (2) x can be any number. INSUFF
both 1 and 2 imply |x| > 0 which too is INSUFF
, but it was given to me and I wanted to check with the community. I wander whether something is missing. I ll update if I can find more details.
