Hi All,

I took the first free GMAT Prep Practice Exam #1 back in May. I assumed it would be updated since GMAC announced that it would shorten the exam back in April, I believe. When I took the exam on May 20th, 2018, I was expecting the shortened exam but I got the old full-length exam (75 minutes for V and 75 minutes for Q). Is there any way to ensure that I get the shortened exam this time around? Is there a version number I need to check or something? I'm on Mac OS (High Sierra), if that matters.

Thanks in advance.

I just realized that it's now offered via a browser rather than by an actual downloadable software. Does anyone know if the "question bank" is the same? The exam I took on the software didn't transfer to the browser version. So it's almost as if I never took the first exam on the software. Am I likely to see repeats?

Thanks,

Hey TippingPoint93 ,

Yes, you realized the correct thing. Unfortunately, the exam you took on your local won't be transferred to the online version and yes both the modes share the same question bank. So, you may see some repeats.

I hope that helps!

You no longer download the software for the new GMAT practice exams. Did you end up taking another practice test?
