Hi,
I have some backlogs / atkts in my semester and i have cleared those in my subsequent exams.My question is do i need to share those marksheets with backlogs or can i share only marksheets with all subjects cleared in the mba application where we submit our transcripts. Also i will have to send documents to WES via mumbai university portal, so do i need to upload backlog marksheets there too ?

So... no idea what mark sheets are. Maybe transcripts? Are those the same thing?
You need to provide 1 final copy of the transcripts. First you need to submit and upload an "unofficial" copy and then if you are admitted, you will need to send an official sealed copy or electronic direct type of thing. If you have a choice, you can upload what you want but it has to match what will be shared later and if you have a choice of what will be shared later, then the final (better) version sounds better to me.

If the B school requests transcripts, you'll need to submit your semester transcripts. If you cleared your backlogs at a later stage during your school years, they might be quite noticeable to the admissions committee, and there may not be much you can do about it. However, in many Indian universities, if you clear the backlogs soon after the declared result, they don't appear as prominently on your transcripts.
Applicants typically upload their transcripts directly into the application portal. However, in your unique case, exercise your judgment to determine the most inconspicuous way to handle it with the school (but ethical).
