I am 22 and have worked as an intern for a year in BofA Treasury.I would like to know which programe is better and suits me as i want to pursue my career in IB or Consultancy in future.

I'd guess that for IB would suit better the MIF and for Management consulting would be better the MIM.

The best you can do is to check and compare the top employers who recruit for each program depending, of course, on the b-school that you'd like to attend to.

Either is fine. Both top MSF programs and top MMS/MIM programs will place into both. Which schools are you looking at?
