I want to cancel my test which is on feb 17 2018 & I supposed get refund of $80 but I'm unable to cancel my test & I'm receiving a message that my credit is invalid .

Hey, I would prefer contacting the customer care asap because you have just a day left to cancel as per the policy.

I called to Pearson Vue but their working hours are only from Monday to Friday at 7am to 7pm. More ever,when I tried to cancel appointment today I was charged with $250 for cancellation with zero refund :| :cry: .

Sorry to hear that.

Just curious - why did you cancel the appointment? You won't be able to attend the exam or you feel you're not ready? I mean you've already paid and you could take the test just to practice. You could cancel the score afterwards

Hello Akela,
I wasn't ready for the test & I thought it would be better to cancel has I had chance for cancellation & refund of $80.Its true as you mentioned I would get experience from the test & have a option of cancelling score after test results but I don't want to take the test in stress conditions.May be I should have done that(Better safe than sorry).
