Hi all! I have my test scheduled on 31st July, so would be grateful if I could get some tips on how to improve.
I have taken 3 official mocks and my scores have been as follows- 690 Q49 V34 710 Q49 V38 720 Q49 V39
I have noticed that I tend to get so nervous while attempting verbal that I can’t process the CR and RC questions, whereas I get those right with almost 90% accuracy in a non-test environment. Furthermore, my quant score seems to be stagnant although I’ve been focusing plugging in my gaps after each quant test.
Please suggest what I can do to improve my scores in the next few days. My target score is 740 (Q50 V40).

Based on my experience working with thousands of students, I would strongly advise that you step away from all things GMAT-related between now and your test. This is probably counter-intuitive, but it will maximize your score. If you wish to learn what this advice is based on, I spent an hour explaining it in this video:
