is not very reassuring you're serious about the test. The GMAT is designed to stratify people into scoring blocks. You need to figure out why you're in the strate you're in and come up with a plan to break out. It's apparent you need comparable boosts in both sections to reach a 700.

Go back to your GMATPrep test. Review problem by problem (hopefully you still have your paper you used to work out problems) and determine where you went wrong in approaching the problems. We all have automatic operations we aren't aware of but we rely on for solving these types of problems. These operations mean success for some, and absolute faltering for other. "Fixing" these is key to breaking through certain road blocks on the GMAT (this is why we stress an error log).

Hi,

Well as written, I know I need to work hard and am prepared to do so.

Well I wrote about my past because consider it a reason for my fundamentals being not so strong. But yes, my preparation for the 1st test has improved that.

Apart from the error log, can you please suggest me something?

One question - For Math, I found the Kaplan Workbook pretty easy and finished the book in a few days 
Any help is appreciated. So would the preparation from Manhattan Books and OG 12 be enough ?

Also please assist me with the Verbal preparation.

To get to 700, you need 8 points in math and 10 points in verbal. That's the bottom line.

How will you get there? Brushing up on concepts, doing practice problems, taking practice tests, all while working on test stamina, timing and keeping an error log.

Everyone's situation is slightly different. What worked for others may be part of the plan for you, but it's entirely possibly you would need more or less. None of us can tell you that.
