Hi experts.
I scored 650( Q- 42 V-37 IR-1)last time I gave Gmat. I have given Gmat today once again. however I have scored 620(Q- 44 V- 32 IR- 4)this time. Now I’m confused whether to keep this score or cancel it since my quant and IR score has improved. At the same time my verbal score has gone south.
P.S. I only have 72 hours in hand in case I wish to cancel, so I’m in urgent need.
Regards

Hi and thanks for your post.
I feel you should keep this score, and not cancel it.
Schools only take your highest score, so they will take your 650 anyway. But today's score is evidence of your stronger quant abilities. You can mention this 44 raw score, among other things (perhaps related to your work), in your Optional Essay as evidence of your quant skills.
You should also keep this score because schools will see your IR is also higher.
(And of course if you have the time, take the GMAT again and see if you can do even better. I suggest taking it 3-4 times total.)

Good luck!

Thank you soo much for writing back sir.
I have no time in hand to give Gmat again, since November 1st is the first deadline for my target school. Also, this was my 3rd attempt. My previous two attempts were 350 and 650.
