Looks like you already have a pretty long list of schools, so unless there's something in particular you're looking for to round out list, I don't think you need my suggestions on other schools (and it's also quite difficult to suggest schools without knowing your full criteria/preferences).
Switching from the technical to product side definitely seems doable via an MBA. And it's good you have a bit of exposure from the start-up. Hopefully you have progressed/been promoted in the 7 years you've been in QA, as schools like to see that + leadership exposure in your work (could be through projects/initiatives, not necessarily leading a team). I think one key challenge in your profile is your lower GPA. With that in mind, a 700 is a good score but it's not helping your chances very much at schools where the average GMAT is higher (like NYU, Ross, LBS). So I think those schools will be reaches but you have some good options among the others. Also wonder if you have any international exposure through your work, as that will be quite valued by the US / European schools.
