Hi,

I've been invited for an interview by HBS, but now I'm wondering whether I should go to campus for the interview or do the interview in London (I'm located in Europe). I haven't visited campus yet. However, I'm really busy with my job and also a bit worried that if I go on the long flight (will be +12 hours in total) I'll be super stressed and tired for the interview.

HBS says in the invite that it really does not matter where you interview + they say that it is not in any way required to do a campus visit. However, I just cannot figure out if it would be a stupid choice to go for the "easy" option and interview in London. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your help!

Definitely don't feel like you have to visit the campus for your interview, especially if you think it might negatively impact your performance in the interview. They know that not everyone can afford the time or money involved in coming on campus and they really mean it when they say it will not negatively impact your candidacy if you do not! I'd go ahead & do the interview in London so you can be sure to do your best! Good luck & congrats on the interview invite!!
