I appeared for the GMAT-ONLINE test on 15th October,2023. I completed it within 20-25mins by guessing the options and skipped the AWA part as the score won't matter to my college. They just want me to appear for the test to confirm my test before 25th October,2023.
I have got a mail saying they the test has been flagged for administrative review and might take upto 20days.
Note: before the test started, I took the permission of the proctor and went out of the room to ask my other roomates to keep silence. To which she permited.
Keeping this in mind. Will I face any problem with the scorecard ?

Fair to say it's unlikely the score will be cancelled because you left the room "before the test" even started. You mention the proctor even gave permission. In case you're still concerned, you could check out the appeal process in case something happens (just in case).

From what you describe, your intention was not to seriously attempt the Exam - and by 'speeding' through the sections (and skipping the AWA entirely), it MIGHT appear that you were 'farming' the Test to see Official questions (potentially with the purpose of selling those questions to other people). That type of activity is not something that GMAC/Examity would be happy about, so it's not a surprise that your Exam was flagged. You might need to go through some additional steps to communicate to GMAC why you did what you did.
Can you provide a bit more information why the College you plan to apply to expects you to take the GMAT but doesn't care what you score on it?
