Does anyone know if USC IBEAR's MBA is on rolling? It states deadlines, then it states they will review as soon as the file is complete:
Application Deadlines
We review application forms as soon as an application file is complete, beginning on October 15, 2018. International applicants are encouraged to apply in the early rounds to allow for as much as possible for visa issuance and for arranging financing.

Round 1 October 15, 2018 December 31, 2018
Round 2 January 5, 2019 March 15, 2019
Round 3 March 15, 2019 April 15, 2019

It's going to be part of the round that has the nearest deadline after the application is submitted. So if you submit the application today on the 4th it'll be part of round 2 and so on. They need these round so that they can I have a scheduled notification process. Also for the purposes of rationing scholarship money

Thanks for your response! So, just to be clear, if I submit on Jan 7th, for example (missing the round 2 Jan 5th deadline tomorrow), it will be part of round 3?
