USC Marshall ($$$) vs. Indiana Kelley ($$$)

Hi Guys,
My predicament is pretty complex. I am an international applicant (India). I have over four years of experience in consulting working for the Elearning industry, first for a small and then for a top 4 MC firm. While I am not sure, I think post MBA, MC makes the most sense to me given my experience.
I have confirmed admission to both Marshall (50% flat tuition waiver) and Kelley (60%=30k waiver and 25k Grad Asst.). Now both these schools are pretty comparable. While USC has the advantage of location (or does it for MC, I don't know), my feeling is Kelley is a more well rounded program.
My priorities are a sound education and obviously good job opportunities for an international candidate. Partying in LA, although tempting, is not a priority. In fact I have been living in a big city all my life so the simple life of Bloomington is quite attractive to me.
As these schools are so close to each other, both in rankings and public opinion, I have been unable to chose between the two and time is ticking away fast. Please help.
