question related to concepts--) please tell me the cases when we use "and" and there is no use of verb on either/both side.i mean when this is necessary to put verb on both sides of "and"

If sentence needs to preserve parallelism on both side of and conjunction, provided either side has clause (complete sentence: subject and verb), then verb shall be used on another side of and conjunction. Similarly, if there is phrase on either side of conjunction (FANBOYS), then other side also must have phrase (no cerb).
