that" should be repeated each time we start a new subordinate clause to maintain the parallelism
Whatever you said is partly true; however, it is not only 'that' that you would need every time
to introduce subordinate clauses or
to make multiple sub-ordinate clauses parallel.
Parallel structure - especially in lists - is often introduced by a signal word such as that, to, or of. Sometimes it's necessary to repeat these signal words to make your parallel structure clear - Reference :- Kaplan GMAT Verbal Foundation, Chaptor 9, Pg No 164.
Consider the following example
"I love you
because you're smart and
because you're compassionate
Repeating
because makes it clear that
I love you for both these characteristics.
So think on these lines while making the phrases parallel.
