Rich,

Thanks for the response. I had been studying on and off for some time but started seriously about a couple of weeks back. I took the GMAT Pill free practice test recently and scored 670 (Q50V31 IR4). I had taken the free practice tests available on GMAT club prior to this and scored V50 and Q41.

Cheers

Hi kashyap87,

There are various sets of reputable CATs that you can purchase (from Kaplan, MGMAT and Veritas). It's important to remember that CATs are just "measuring devices" - they won't make you a better Test Taker, but they can provide a reasonable assessment of your skills (if you take the ENTIRE CAT and do so under realistic, test-like conditions). To raise your scores, you need to work with GMAT resources, practice tactics, do quizzes, review, etc.

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

kashyap87,

With a solid quant - you can focus your studies on the verbal and IR side -- with stronger emphasis on verbal. Make sure you review your mistakes so you don't make the same mistakes next time. Best of luck!
