I try to write the least I can on my scrapbook

I hope you are only referring to the ABCDE b/c the scatchpad is the most valuable piece of equipment you have for the GMAT. I went through an entire booklet for Quant, and about 4 pages for verbal, and 1 page for AWA.

Keeping everything written down, well labled for Quant can really help with limiting silly mistakes, and help you work through problems.

Small notes for Verbal can be extremely helpful, especially for RC and CR.

Definitely use the scratchpad to your advantage. FYI it is a dryerase booklet and they give you a weterase pen. I found it VERY useful to use when during my practice. This is the best one of the market: https://www.amazon.com/Manhattan-GMAT-Si ... 0979017580

I went through about 4 wet erase pens during my studies. Felt very comfortable with the format on test day
