Hi! 
I am a full time working professional with 10 years of work experience as a software engineer.
I want to get an MBA degree in Information techology/Information Systems
Because of personal commitments I can only do an online MBA. Full time or part time MBAs are not an option for me
I have been accepted to University of Texas, Dallas online MBA as well as University of Maryland, College Park online MBA
both the programs seem really good. I am confused about which one to select.
Any insights, suggestions, advice you all might have for me is much appreciated.

Congrats on your acceptances!
So obviously it is a difficult and personal choice you are facing. Some things to consider include:
-curriculum-- compare the curriculum side-by-side; also look at elective offerings and flexibility overall
-employment stats of graduates
-career services resources
-schedule
-potential to interact with fellow classmates
-alumni network
UT Texas is ranked #9 in the country for online MBA programs; you may already have seen this but nice details at:

MD is not currently ranked from what I am seeing. Rankings aren't everything, you can and should still review both using the factors I listed above, but some candidates focus on overall reputation more than others, depending upon what sort of post-MBA job they seek.
